MEMBERSHIP

As a BTC member, you will have playing privileges over non-members, such as reserved court time and access to fun and competitive club tournaments, weekly round robins, and Intercounty teams. Click the button above to complete the Membership Form online.

Membership fees for 2024 are as follows: 

  • Adult: $80 

  • Senior (60+ years): $70

  • Junior (6 to 17 years):  $35

  • Non-resident fee: $10 (to be added to your fee if you are not a Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville resident)

 

IMPORTANT: You must read and agree to the BTC Code of Conduct and Rules & Regulations before completing your membership application form.

 

PAYPAL INSTRUCTIONS: Membership fees are paid online through PayPal. We do not accept cash or cheques. You can use your credit card OR a PayPal account to make payment; a PayPal account is NOT required. To use your credit card, select the yellow "PayPal Checkout" button at checkout and then select "Credit Card" payment. Do not use the "Offline Payment" button. Membership fees are non-refundable.

After paying online you will receive an email receipt. Please keep a copy of the receipt on your phone, or print a copy and take it with you to the courts as proof of membership. 

Please indicate on the Membership Form your desire to participate in any of the following club events/leagues. 

 

Club events open to all members include the following:

  • New Member/Beginner Clinic (Saturday May 4, 11, 25, and Monday May 6, 23, 27 are FREE, $10 per session thereafter. Please see the Court Schedule for times.)

  • Mixed Intermediate Round Robin (Wednesday nights)

  • Mixed Advanced Round Robin (Friday nights)

  • Men's Intermediate Round Robin (early mornings)

  • Women's Intermediate Round Robin (mid-mornings)


BTC also participates in the following Intercounty leagues (tryouts are required):

  • Mixed B - Tuesday nights

  • Mixed C - Thursday nights

  • Ladies A and B - Wednesday mornings

  • Mixed 55+ - Thursday mornings

  • Junior Mixed - Saturday mornings
